Reporting SEYO scores

Web formatted input  This works with
                  Windows Internet Explorer,
                  Firefox,

Excel format.   Use this if your e-mail is
                   Yahoo
                   AOL
                   or any e-mail that does not work with  the web formatted input
     fill the excell sheet, and e-mail as an attachment.
     Or just e-mail the scores.
